I purchased an instant download and followed the instructions, but the order wasn’t found in the seller’s system. The seller responded to my issue within a couple of hours but told me there could be a 2-day delay in accessing my downloads due to the holidays; they expected me to wait. I purchased instant download so I’d have immediate access, not have to wait a couple of days, after which point I could still have issues.

The issue wasn’t my fault, I communicated with this buyer the whole time and even gave her a refund, which I normally don’t do with digital items. And she gives me a 1-star review? Wow.
